On-Site System Upgrades For Windows® 7 Windows® 10

We take the hassle out of upgrades and maintenance. Our technician can:

• Install up to 2 internal or external upgrades (including hard drive,
• video/audio or network cards, memory and optical or media drives)
• Optimize your devices for performance
• Clean your computer inside and out for a longer life.
• Assess system performance to improve efficiency

We'll set up an additional computer for only $39.99 each during our visit. [Rates are subject to change without prior notice.]

Flat Rate Virus & Spyware Removal in our Office / On-Line Remote Session is $195.00 no additional hidden costs.

Having trouble getting rid of Viruses, Spyware and/or Adware? Leave it to the experts to remove it for you.

On-Site Support Rate

• On-site Repair and Services hourly charge for Home Systems is $160.00 ($200.00 first hour minimum, 1/4 hour billed thereafter) 
• On-site Repair and Services hourly charge for Small Businesses is $170.00 ($255.00 first hour minimum, 1/2 hour billed thereafter) 
• On-site Repair and Services hourly charge for Small Businesses with Server is $195.00 ($292.50 first hour minimum, 1/2 hour billed thereafter) 

Remote Support Rate

• Remote Sessions / In-Store: Hourly Rates: $120.00 During regular business hours ($150.00 first hour minimum, 1/4 hour billed thereafter) 

• Remote Sessions / In-Store: Hourly Rates: $160.00 Evenings and Weekends ($240.00 first hour minimum, 1/2 hour billed thereafter) 

Minimum service duration is one hour. Service is billed in convenient 30 minute increments. [Rates are subject to change without prior notice.]

Fees do not include parts, shipping or taxes. All appointments require 2 hour notice of cancellation to avoid 1 hour minimum charge.

Additional hours beyond 4 hours are billed at $115/hour.  Long-term contracts negotiable.

Typical Time Estimates: Spyware removal 2-3 hours; Computer setup 1 hour; DSL installation 2 hours;

Home wireless network with multiple computers: 2-3 hours; Email account setup: 1 hour

• Parts and software purchased for repair are subject to their individual warranty as applied by the manufacturer.
• Pre-existing high-speed Internet connections are required.
• Additional charges apply for required (or optional) parts and/or hardware and software upgrades needed to complete the requested service.
